Refund/Exchange Policy

We understand that ordering online can be difficult! If your clothing item doesn’t fit, please send it back to us within 60 days of purchase and if we have the size you need available, we will send it to you at no additional cost to you. If we do not have the size available, we would be more than happy to give you the full amount back in store credit minus the donation associated with the order (This will have already been donated to the charity). 


Custom Products

Custom shirts are final sale, with the exception of being received in defective condition.

Please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your package.


Return/Exchange Shipping

Pre-paid shipping labels will be issued only for approved online orders to be exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


International Shipments

The Joyful Project has no control over how countries choose to levy customs fees, duties or other taxes on incoming goods. We cannot predict what the customs fees will be as we ship to over 50 countries worldwide and each country has its own set of individual policies. If you are not familiar with your countries importing policies and taxation practices please check before ordering.


Cancelling an Order

We're sorry to hear but, please email: ( ) to make this request ASAP. Please note, we start processing your order as soon as you click "complete order." During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.
